The Journey
The Journey is more like a yoga class than a phone call. It is a chance to cozy into your own comfy place at home, light a candle and travel inward to the realms of your physical body and the entanglements that have kept you stuck. This magical experience is done by a small group of people holding the Light for each other while we move through a closed eye process to the place where our issues are hiding. It is gentle and remarkable how much information comes forward that can shape and guide us to better health.
Maryann Castellanos, a gifted and sensitive facilitator, has been teaching similar processes for 30 years. She will
be guiding us through an emotional labyrinth of unwinding and restoration in
the emotional journey and bringing to light physical causes for disturbance in
the body on the physical journey.
